About the Author:
John S. James started programming professionally in 1963, and in the early 1980s published articles on the computer language FORTH, explaining it to other programmers. He left professional programming 25 years ago to publish AIDS Treatment News, an activist medical newsletter.
RepliCounts began as an effort the fund the newsletter online. But the design developed unexpectedly into a platform with many more possibilities. We have no proprietary claims to these ideas.
